  • We do NOT take returns. We take full responsibility for the product if it needs to be altered or fixed before it is dispatched.
  • We take pics and measurements of the product before sending it out and make sure to use sustainable and efficient methods to deliver them the products safely.
  • For Bridals and Formals: We expect 70% payment before the product is needed and if they want to cancel, we are to be informed 30 days in advance. If not, we will retain the advance made.
  • For semi-formals: We should be informed 15 days before the promised date for the product.
  • WE DO NOT HAVE AN EXCHANGE POLICY. We can however repurchase the dress from you and you can use that money as the credit score but then again, the product we buy back will depend upon the need and quality if already worn. Also, we might not take it back because most of the products are customized. It will be in loss for us to re-sell it.
